Do you ship to anywhere outside the US?
Currently we only ship to the US. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship your items as fast as we can. Please allow 1 business day for your order to ship out. All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship out on Monday. All orders placed on Fridays will ship out on Saturday. Tracking number will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business days, please email us. Please allow 3-5 business days for you to receive your order.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or autofilled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us using the contact us form. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Lake in the hills, Illinois. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order with no penalty. Although, you must cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped please use the contact us form describing your issue and we will try our best to get it resolved asap.

I received my order, but it's damaged or missing items? 
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. If this is the case email us immediately, include your order number and photos of the damaged product(s).  

I received my order, but i'm not 100% satisfied, can it be returned? 
We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase less the shipping cost. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels. A refund to the original for of payment will be issued after we receive your item(s).
